This two-level with privacy wall has everything you’ll need to finish your project:
- The required quantity of 100% recycled plastic deck boards
- The boards to close underneaththe patio
- Deck boards for the flower box
- Steps and stair risers
- Deck boards for the privacy screen
- Screws, waterproof membrane, caps and J trims (if necessary)
Active Family plan dimensions
- Patio door level: 12′ x 16′ (this level is about 47 1/4” from the ground)
- Living area level: 10′ x 12′
- Pool level: 12′ x 12′ (this level is approximately 4′ and 7 3/4” from the ground)
- 1 large 12′ step on a square (from the living room area to the floor)
- 3 steps of 4′ on metal stair raiser (from the patio door level to the living area level)
- 5 steps of 8′ long x 10 5/8″ deep x 1.5″ thick and stair risers of 6,5″ high (from the patio door level to the ground)
- All patio underneath in 8′ deck boards, as well as the outline of the lattice to close underneath the deckpool (the lattice openings are approximately 39 3/4” x 35’’
