- Upper level: 10′ x 10′ (the upper level is 4′ from the ground)
- Bottom level: 10′ x 16′ (bottom level is 8” off the ground)
- 4 stairs of 8′ long x 10 5/8″ deep x 1.5″ thick and stair risers of 6.5″ high
- 8′ deck boards as outline of black lattices to close underneath top level (lattice openings are 45 5/8” wide x 31 3/4” high)
- Fascia to close underneaththe floor level
